How do you take CBD Superb oil?

We have also carefully analyzed this process. Basically, we have opted for maximum flexibility and maximum effect.

Oils are easy to take in and the dosage is simple with a pipette with which you drip a certain amount of the CBD drops under your tongue. The big advantage of this intake method is that the CBD is absorbed by your mouth mucus fly.

As a result, the CBD is not broken down by your stomach acid and quickly enters your bloodstream. You can simply adjust the dosage or vary with the strength of the oil. Just try it out for yourself.

Some oils have an unpleasant taste, so it is recommended to mix the drops with food or drinks. We are not in favor of this method as it takes longer for your body to absorb the CBD and the stomach will break down some of the CBD before it enters the bloodstream:

• If you use a CBD oil and choose to instill the CBD under your tongue, the CBD will enter your bloodstream within five to ten minutes.
• If you mix a CBD oil with a drink or a meal, it will take a little longer, namely twenty to sixty minutes. Your stomach contents affect this time.
• If you mix the CBD oil with a glass of water and take it on an empty stomach, it usually works faster than on a full stomach.

However, this is not necessary. Our CBD drops are surprisingly pleasant in smell and taste. This is due to the high-quality process, the small-scale production and the fact that only the best hemp oil or organic olive oil is used for the golden variety. We advise you to compare the products and you will quickly notice the big difference.

Dosage and concentration of CBD oils

Start with a small dose and build it up slowly. It is important that you look closely at the amount of CBD that a product contains.

PP Health has products from 5- to 30% CBD. We advise you to start with 10% CBD oil and take two drops 3 times a day.

CBD builds up in your body, which can take up to 14 days. So, you can only properly estimate what CBD means to you after 14 days. After this, you gradually increase or decrease this dosage until you have the desired result.

Also suitable for children and animals

CBD can also be used safely for children. Note that children require a lower dose than adults. It is best to use a CBD product with a lower concentration for children. Then choose, for example, a Classic CBD oil with a strength of 5%.

CBD can also be safely administered to animals. According to several veterinarians, the maximum dose for animals is 1 mg of CBD per 1 kg of body weight. You give a dog with a body weight of 15 kg a maximum of 15 mg CBD per day, which is about 3-4 drops.

The same goes for animals as for adults and children. Always start with a low dose and increase that dose gradually. Animals also seem to respond better to CBD. We therefore recommend a CBD oil of 5%. Remember that young animals need less than adults.

For large and heavier animals, such as dogs over 40 pounds, consider choosing a 10% CBD oil. Studies with CBD in dogs have shown that the cannabinoids bind less strongly to their receptors, but it is more likely to work longer.
